The endoscopic inspection system BGA.Inspector permits fast examination of BGAs up to Flip Cips very easily
The EasyInspector SAOI is fitted serially with a semi automatic xy-table, which repeatedly moves to positions, which have been stored previously either by manual or motorical motion.
The EasyTracer is a semi automatic xy-table to be used with all TechnoLab Videomicroscopes, but can be used with other inspection systems also.
The LED-ringlight for the EasyInspector and FlyInspector is now also available with UV-LEDs. This special light is used to examine UV-sensitive coatings, e.g. lacquers on PCBs.
A specially designed polarization filter can be easily attached to the ringlight. This filters reflections on smooth surfaces, enhances the image quality and leads to faster and better inspection results.
