Please make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements. [More]
You need administrative privileges to install IMXpro.
Without registration, IMXpro runs 14 days without limitations. After this period, a license must be purchased and the software must be registered at TechnoLab. In order to obtain a Registration code, you must provide the generated Athentication ID.
IMXpro generates an Authentication ID depending on the hardware, therefor the Registration code only works on the PC on which the Authentication ID was generated. If you want to use a second copy of IMXpro, you have to purchase another license.
Please make sure you installed a WDM-driver for your framegrabber. Furthermore there are differences between the used IMXpro version. IMXpro LT only works with framegrabbers purchased from TechnoLab (1xPCI,1xUSB). The full version works with every WDM-compliant framegrabber.
Please make sure the (WDM)drivers are installed correctly and the internal power-supply cable is connected with the framegrabber.
There are two reasons for error code 133: 1. the driver is not installed correctly, 2. the EPROM on the PCI card has been deleted or destroyed. This can happen if another framegrabber is used in the PC.
Please make sure the framegrabber is chosen as the source and the right input is used.
Please check the source signal, depending on the connected device it is either VHS or S-VHS and must be selected accordingly. Videostandard must be PAL.
Please make sure the framegrabber is connected to a USB2.0-compliant connector and chosen as the source. Check selection of input connection. Set framegrabber to factorysettings, sometimes all sliders are set to 0 (brightness, contrast and so on).
Videostandard must be set to PAL. If using an AC/DC-Adapter from TechnoLab, the provided SVHS-Y/C Adapter must be used.
